Once our students have PASSED the GED or HiSET exam and earned their High School Equivalency Diploma, it's time for them to take the "Next Step," which is to seek better employment opportunities or apply for college/vocational training admissions. Our job is to help them to successfully transition into these next phases of life.
We teach our graduate students how to prepare their resume, and we provide editing and proofreading assistance to ensure that they are ready to apply for qualified positions.
We teach our graduate students how to prepare for their interviews by providing them with coaching and tips for success.
We help our graduate students in selecting the best college or vocational training program that meets their career aspiration, and we assist them with completing the application and admissions process.
We help our graduate students in applying for federal pell grants and scholarships to help them meet the financial needs for higher learning, and we make sure that they are aware of other financial aid options available to them through their chosen institution. We also make sure that they have a full understanding of Financial Aid obligations.
These courses allow students to explore their career options in the workforce to determine which options best suit their personality and interests.
